About Career Coaching
Are you ready, or do you still have a few questions?
I've included some of the questions I hear most frequently, and my answers, to help you decide whether Success Works CX Coaching is a good match for you.
A: Because I'm so committed to your ability to find a new rewarding career, I've kept this program affordable. Consider this the first risk you take when it comes to changing your life … including your financial situation. When you participate in this program, you'll have the mindset necessary for taking risks that pay off financially, whether it's asking for a raise or finding and landing a new, better-paying job. Most people have an ROI of 10-15X their investment.
A: I understand! Because I know how busy life can be, I've kept these sessions quick and to the point. Each week we meet for 45 minutes and the homework exercises usually take less than 30 minutes. I'm confident you can find the time in your schedule to fit them in if finding the right job is important to you. It's my belief that this time investment will pay off because you will find a new job that you love and find it more quickly … then you can make time for the things you love most! Of course if you have more time and want to move more quickly I’m happy to help you do that.
A: I'm confident that if you take this program seriously and complete the exercises, you'll learn how to find the right new career with confidence. However, if the program doesn't meet your expectations, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your investment.
A: You are being guided by an expert who places executives that make $500,000 and more. I know how employers evaluate candidates and I can help you get to the top of the consideration list. You will get weekly homework assignments that help you build on your skills so you will be ready for whatever is thrown at you. By the time you complete the exercises, you will understand how to present yourself and how to negotiate the right compensation package so you land the job that is right for you, giving you personal satisfaction and financial stability.
